Position: Customer Success Manager (Full-Time | Remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM EST
Compensation: $1,000–$2,000/month + performance-based bonuses
Stone Systems is a fast-growing software company helping contractors and home service businesses grow with simple, high-impact marketing systems. We provide our clients with modern websites, lead generation tools, review systems, automation, and much more.
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team full-time and play a critical role in client satisfaction, onboarding, and retention. This isn’t just a support role — it’s about becoming a trusted partner to our clients and helping them succeed using our system.
What You'll Be Doing
- Onboarding new clients via Zoom calls and walking them through our platform
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues like:Connecting domains
- Updating DNS records
- CRM integrations using tools like Zapier
- Answering client questions through email, chat, and calls
- Proactively reaching out to clients who have concerns or need extra support
- Helping clients understand and optimize their Google My Business listings
- Supporting clients using Google LSA (Local Services Ads)
- Collaborating with our internal team to improve the client experience
Who We're Looking For
- Someone with a strong customer-first mindset who takes ownership
- Experience with software tools, technical onboarding, or client support
- Confident and professional on Zoom and phone calls
- Fast learner, problem-solver, and willing to grow into a leadership role
- Highly organized and responsible — you follow through without needing to be chased
- (Big Plus) Experience working with contractors or home service businesses
- (Big Plus) Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms
